        700ZLB-70轴流泵是济南泰达泵业经多次产品升级的精品产品,具有质量好、运行平稳、效率高等优点。


    


        产品概述


    


            ZLB型系列轴流泵,适用于输送清水或物理化学性质近似于水的其它液体,被输送的液体温度不超过50℃。


    


        本型泵是一种大流量、低扬程的泵。可用于农田灌溉、海水制盐、海水养殖、工业热电站输送循环水、城市给排水、船舱升降用水及其它水利工程,应用范围十分广泛。

        结构特点


    


         


    


              本型泵采用立式结构,配用立式电机, 其叶片为半调节式,当使用工况发生变化需要调节泵的性能时,只需卸下叶轮,根据需要调好叶片的角度再重新装上即可,非常方便。泵在出厂时,用户如无特殊要求,叶片安装角均为0°。


    


         


    


              本型泵主要有泵体部分和传动部分组成。

              泵体部分由进水喇叭、叶轮室、导叶体、叶轮、泵轴、橡胶轴承、密封、出水弯管组成。

              叶轮由叶片、叶轮座、动叶头等零件组成,叶轮座用来安装叶片,并用键与泵轴进行连接。叶片材料为球墨,按需要也可以用铜和不锈钢。

              出水弯管和导叶体内装有水润滑的橡胶轴承,起径向支承作用。

              泵轴靠上下两只橡胶轴承支承,泵运转过程中,泵内的过流水为这两个轴承提供了良好润滑。泵轴上端的橡胶轴承通常高出水面,所以在填料函上装有一根短管,用于起动前向该橡胶轴承输送清水,以做润滑之用,待泵起动出水后,方可停止供水。泵轴轴颈镶不锈钢套,以增强抗腐蚀和抗磨性,磨损后可以更换。

              在出水弯管轴孔处采用了填料密封,由填料函、填料、填料压盖组成。填料涵内装有填料,密封盖内装有橡胶密封圈,以提高水的密封性。

              泵轴一端装有一对刚性联轴器,用左螺纹(倒牙)螺母固紧,全调节型泵用卡环固定。


    


              从泵联轴器端俯视,泵的转动方向为顺时针方向。

          传动部分采用立式电动机直接传动。电动机安装于电机座上,传动轴上端由弹性联轴器与电动机连接,下端用刚性联轴器与泵相连。


    


         


    


              泵运转时,全部轴向力均由传动装置内的推力轴承承受,泵轴的轴向位移,可用传动装置内的左丝螺母予以调正。泵的轴向力、传动装置和电机的重量,由支承传动装置的楼面基础承受。


    


         


    


              传动轴长度必须在安装外形图中所规定的“L”尺寸范围内使用。出水管道一般采用直管式出水管,末端装有出水活门,出水活门中的门盖,*好用滑轮重锤与其平衡,以减少出水阻力。


    


         


    


        产品使用


    


         


    


        (一)安装:


    


        1.安装前的准备: 

              (1)检查水泵本体,传动装置和电机应无损坏,泵轴和传动轴若有弯曲,必须校直。

              (2)工具与起重机械应该齐全。

              (3)参看安装外形尺寸图,检查泵基础及进水管道,使之满足安装要求。

              (4)由于进水池的构造和同一进水池中几台泵的排列情况对泵的工作性能影响很大, 因此必须注意下列几点:

              ①叶轮应有足够的淹没深度。

              ②泵刺叭口与池底,保持所需要的距离。

              ③水流均匀无旋涡地进入水泵。

              ④几台泵在同一池中运转,不应产生于扰。

              ⑤进水池前须设有拦污栅,过拦污栅的流速以不超过0.3米/秒为宜。


    


        2.安装 

              (1)根据使用情况,调正叶轮部件上的叶片安装角,使各叶片的安装角一致,并不得有松动。

              (2)用水平仪校正泵底座的水平度,灌注水泥浆,待水泥凝固后,再检查水平度。

              (3)泵轴与传动轴必须安装于同一铅垂线上,其允差小于0.04毫米/米。使叶片外圆与叶轮室外壳之间的间隙沿圆周均匀。

              (4)安装后应检查各联轴器和地脚螺钉的螺母是否扳紧。


    


        3.泵与电机的联接: 

              (1)电机与传动装置的标高中心位置,应根据装好的泵的标高中心位置而定。

              (2)电机旋转方向应与泵的旋转方向一致。

              (3)刚性联轴器法兰面合上后,应均匀地拧紧螺栓,防止扳紧程度不一致造成倾斜用透光法或塞尺检查法兰接合面,应无间隙存在。


    


        4.出水管的安装 

              (1)出水管路应另设支架,不得借泵本体支承。

              (2)泵出水弯管与出水活门之间应设扩散管。其长度不小于扩散管大小口直径差的五倍。

              (3)出水活门*好能挂一平衡锤,以平衡活门重量。


    


         


    


        (二)起动和停止 

              (1)泵起动前,应按要求向填料函的上接管引注清水。

              (2)泵试运行后,检查各连接部位,应无松动。 

              (3)在运转中,如果发生不正常的声音与振动,应立即停机检查排除。

              (4)在冰冻季节停机后,叶轮不能浸于水中,以免结冰损坏零件。


    


         


    


        (三)运转: 

              (1)在运转过程中,填料压紧程度以有水滴出为宜。

              (2)注意橡胶轴承不得与油类接触。

              (3)注意传动装置中轴承温升,定期更换轴承中的润滑油或油脂。
